Over the last 16 years, Mountain Manor has expanded from an 11 bedroomed Guest House in 1996 to adding the Property adjacent which houses 4 Superior Self-catering Apartments and a stunning Conference room, plus the Property on the back corner of the block which is now a Boutique Back Packers Lodge.
Situated on the lower slopes of the now more famous NATURAL WONDER of the world, Table Mountain, Mountain Manor is extremely well situated to easy access into Cape Town City Centre and most of Cape Town’s Tourist attractions.
Mountain Manor is graded as a three star establishment by the Tourism Board and is rated HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by the AA.
Mountain Manor caters for all levels of Leisure and Corporate travellers and Michelle is on hand 90% of the time to ensure you have an excellent stay.
We also have a Corporate Social Investment Programme called GROWING TENNIS, which teaches Tennis to Currently disadvantaged kids in poor City Schools.

You will find this majestic Cape Mansion dating back to 1852, situated at the foot of Table Mountain and within easy access of all Cape Town’s major tourist attractions.
The Guest House is accredited to the Guest House Association of South Africa, and is rated HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by the AA.
Mountain Manor has also been awarded a Three Star Tourism Grading.
The Guest House has recently had an overhaul and now sports a fantastic new dining room area both indoors and outdoors as well as a new bar and entertainment lounge. Our new conference and business centre offers our guests a full Corporate benefit as well.
Harrow House – built 1852
This CapeDutch home adjoins onto the Guest House and allows easy access between the two properties.
It offers 5 self-catering apartments:
2 spacious two bed roomed apartments downstairs (6 People each)
3 spacious one bed roomed apartments upstairs
A total of 16 beds in the House.
All apartments are fully furnished with lovely white cotton percale linen and Cape Colonial antiques. A blend of colour and tranquility exists throughout the property.
There is a wonderful outdoor entertainment area and braai around a large pool for the guests to use.
Good security with electric fencing and remote gates are installed.
Harrow House is walking distance to the Gardens shopping centre which has food stores and coffee shops.
Newly refurbished, our Back Packers Lodge offers great accomodation coupled with excellent facilities for any traveller. All facilities in the Lodge are shared.
Rooms of 10 / 8 / 6 / 4 / 2 beds are on offer.
An inexpensive alternative for those merry travellers who are after a great all round experience.
It also offers the most fabulous views of Table Mountain and Lions Head from the deck.
