Mountain Manor is nestled at the foot of Table Mountain or Taboa da Caba (Table of the Cape) as it was named in 1503 by Antonio da Saldanha a Portuguese admiral and explorer, our Accommodation gives our visitors a true Cape Colonial Experience in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.

Dating back to 1852 our luxuriously refitted Guest House has seen a lot of history pass by its doors, with occupation of Cape Town held by England, France and the Dutch buildings of the era were an eclectic mix of style, functionality and luxury.

From its humble beginings as a stop of point for food and water and Garrison Town, Cape Town has become a popular tourist destination with Table Mountain being named one of the 7 Wonders of the Natural world.
