The larger of the downstairs apartments, Arniston has 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and shower, a huge living room and very large , fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, leading on to a private verandah. The kitchen has a 4 plate hob, eyelevel oven and 1.8m fridge/freezer.

In the living room there is a telephone and a networked internet connection, as well as a sound system and satellite TV. Arniston sleeps four adults (plus an additional 2 children, if required). One parking space is provided within the property. The apartment has its own monitored alarm system.
