Mountain Manor’s conference venue can comfortably accommodate up to 24 delegates in Board room style and up to 30 in classroom style.
When booking our venue for your company’s conference requirements, or any other work-related functions, the client and their delegates are entitled to making use of the entire venue. This includes the bar facilities, the pool area and Garden for break-aways and discussions.
Delegates have free access to fast Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi download and upload speeds are more than adequate to support good Video Conferences – 100/100 fibre line. It is on a UPS back-system for those load shedding moments.
Our Guest House offers B+B accommodation, as well as self-catering suites and all delegates can enjoy a hearty breakfast before a day of conferencing.
We can offer any of 1/2/3 course meals (to suit your budgets) for delicious lunches that are freshly prepared on site and served to delegates.
Our team understands that you want to derive as much out of your conference as possible, which is why we make sure to provide you with all you may require.
Standard equipment such as a flipchart, white board, and a screen for data projection, are all provided. If required by a client, a data projector can be hired by arrangement prior to your arrival.
