Tim Pearson, the UK owner of Seven Springs Vineyard, Hermanus, introduced their new winemaker Gus Dale and their fabulous six varietals to our fully-booked Abuzzwine ‘Meet the winemaker’ event at Mountain Manor. These included their ‘Un-oaked’ Chardonnay, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah Rose, Pinot Noir and Syrah. Here are a few images of the evening.
